Nurturing the Bond Between Horse and Rider

Meet Forest our 21 year old Quarter Horse. Forest is in semi retirement and teaches our most lessons. He is a tried and true guy who loves his job and will work for kisses any day 

Meet Phoenix aka Baby Mare.  We adopted Phoenix when she was just about 8 months old. She is now almost 4 and has grown so much.  Phoenix is our go to for ground work lessons because she is amazing on the ground. 

Miss Bette Davis is another Quarter Horse. She prefers life on the trail and can be found teaching kids and adults the fun of being outside. Bette D is 15 years old and our smallest horse at only 15 hands. 

Welcome Mickey (aka Hey Mickey) Mickey was loaned to B&B by a good friend but soon he will be owned by B&B! Mickey is a 5yo Quarter Horse who loves to play and teach his tiny humans 

Wynn is our 8yo OTTB. Wynn is also adopted and joined our family in 2020.  Wynn isn't in the lesson program because he tends to have big feelings about life. Wynn loves carrots and scratches between the ears 

Thunder is another OTTB like Wynn. Thunder is our biggest horse standing at 17hands. Thunder is used for our younger riders as he does well on the lunge line. 

Duke was the horse who started it all.  We bought him at 4 and he was just 14.2 hands. But he had a big personality. Unfortunately we lost Duke in a pasture accident in the summer of 2020. He will remain in our hearts forever. 

We lost our beloved Queen in October of 2023.  Miss Queen Zora was our oldest horse, we believe she's in her 20's. Zora is an old school horse who was adopted by B&B.  She will be missed by so many!
